SMS Terms & Conditions
Exclusive Transports Company LLC ("Exclusive Transports," "we," "us," or "our") offers an SMS text messaging program to coordinate auto transport services with customers, dealers, and business partners. By opting in, you agree to the terms below.
1. Program Description
When you provide your mobile number and give consent, you may receive SMS text messages from Exclusive Transports relating to:
- Shipment status updates
- Pickup and delivery confirmations
- ETA notifications
- Document and signature requests
- Payment and invoice reminders
- General service communications
This is a transactional and account-notification program for active and prospective customers and business partners. It is not a marketing or promotional broadcast service.
2. How to Opt In
You opt in by providing your mobile phone number to us and affirmatively consenting — for example, by checking the SMS consent box on our intake or contact form, providing written consent on a transport service agreement, or providing verbal consent during onboarding. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on the status of your shipment or account. You may receive messages as events occur on your shipment (typically a few messages per active job).
4. Costs
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Exclusive Transports does not charge for the messages themselves.
5. How to Opt Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, opt in again as described above.

7. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy & Information Sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile opt-in data or consent will be shared with any third parties under any circumstances.
