By requesting services from Exclusive Transports Company LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Our Services
Exclusive Transports Company LLC provides open-trailer auto transport carrier services throughout the continental United States. We are an FMCSA-authorized motor carrier operating under USDOT 4410572. Our services include vehicle pickup, interstate transport, and delivery coordination for individual customers, dealers, and auction buyers.
2. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate vehicle information (year, make, model, condition, any pre-existing damage).
- Ensure the vehicle is accessible and ready for pickup at the agreed time and location.
- Review and sign the Bill of Lading (BOL) at pickup and delivery. The BOL is the official condition record for your shipment.
- Note any damage on the delivery BOL before the driver departs. Claims not documented at delivery may not be honored.
3. Communications
By providing your mobile phone number and consenting, you agree to receive transactional SMS text messages from us regarding your shipment. Consent to receive SMS is not required to purchase services. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. See our SMS Terms for full details.
4. Fees and Payment
Service fees are quoted at the time of booking. Payment terms are confirmed in writing prior to transport initiation. Rates are subject to change for fuel, route, or vehicle condition changes not disclosed at the time of booking.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for loss or damage to your vehicle during transport is governed by applicable FMCSA carrier liability standards and the terms of the Bill of Lading signed at pickup. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, road conditions, mechanical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
All damage claims must be noted on the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery and before the transporting driver departs. Failure to note damage at delivery significantly limits your ability to file a valid claim.
6. Insurance
Exclusive Transports Company LLC maintains carrier insurance per FMCSA requirements. Coverage details are on file with the FMCSA and publicly verifiable at safer.fmcsa.dot.gov. Customers are encouraged to maintain their own comprehensive auto insurance during transport, as industry practice typically requires.
7. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms are confirmed at the time of booking. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your transport. Cancellations made after vehicle assignment may be subject to a cancellation fee as disclosed at booking.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
